The problem with traditional diets and weight loss programs is that they always try and cater for a single type of person. You end up following the diets and exercise programs, but don’t lose any weight, or you only lose a little.
But people aren’t all the same, and if you tried a particular method successfully, that doesn’t mean that method will work for me.

As I mentioned above, this was one of the best programs we covered. It had information about calculating your own nutrition intake plans as well as how much weight you want to lose.
We did feel there was a little too much focus on exercise however, but you aare given everything to accurately track how much you have lost. You’re also given the exact tools to work out exactly what you, the individual, will need to do to lose weight.
All in all, this is a individualised service, and it was also the best we tried in terms of value for money as well. Excellent.
