Traditional MLMs, network marketing or home based businesses seem to be less popular today than they once were. The representative retention rate is horrible. The two of us enjoyed the concept of networking: educating, training and supporting our team members. What saddened us the most is when our representatives came to the realization that making so little on each sales transaction within their groups was not producing anywhere near the residual income they had envisioned. Needless to say, they fell into the 97% pool, their dreams drowned and they would leave the business.
