Do you find yourself not feeling good about things? Great!
Fabulous! Fantastic! That can only mean that you are being
awakened to awareness, to all that is real in reality. When
things don't feel like they used to feel, you are finally aware
of what they felt like and now know they don't have to feel the
way they used to! Congratulations on your awakening!
I mean it when you get the same feelings as before, say for
example, gloominess, you know what that feeling feels like don't
you? Sure you do! Now that you are aware of what it feels like,
now that you are remembering how terrible this feeling's reality
is, do you have a choice as to whether you remain in the grips of
this feeling? Yes again, you sure do! I'm so happy to be a part
of your awakening!
Ok, let's take another. Stress, hmmm, that's an ugly every day
frightening 'show up when I don't need you' feeling! You know
what stress does to you. You know what it feels like. You know
deep down in your gut you have a choice with this one too! What
can you do to make stress NOT an every day facet of your reality?
Is stress real? Does it have to be a part of your day or is it
just something you choose to feel because it feels so natural
because it's one feeling you just expect to show up here and
there? Are you just so used to it being a part of your day that
you haven't stopped to think of maybe all it is there for is a
crutch for you. A crutch so you don't have to look at real in the
eye. That it gives you an excuse to put off dealing with certain
issues throughout the day.
Face it stress doesn't have to be part of real. It most certainly
is that's for sure but choosing for it not to be doesn't have to
be such a hard task. When you're aware of it approaching your
day, shoooo it off, tell it to be on it's way that you don't have
time for the likes of it! You don't deserve it is the best
awareness awakener you could ever wake up to! Amen! Now be gone!
No more stress for you! I'm so proud of you!
So you see whatever the feeling may be if it doesn't feel good to
you because of the 'been there done that' scenario, then your
awareness of this feeling is opening up a whole new feeling in
you! Awareness and you are now free to unincorporate those
feelings from your reality, your life!
