There are 50 countries listed in the United Nations comparative analysis of poverty, 34 African countries, 10 Asian countries, 5 Pacific Island Nations and one Caribbean nation.

People full of care and love were and still are leaving their own families to work as Aid workers in these third world countries that in return they are being shot down and murdered as soon as they find out some truth, by the authorities in Terms of Press Freedom, there for the truth will never be revealed. People are currently dieing of HIV/Aids, hunger, thirst and prejudice.

Sadly enough 3 million children under the age of 15 are living with HIV/Aids in Sub-Saharan Africa. HIV/Aids could create a staggering 20 million orphans in Africa by 2010. Currently there are 11 million children orphaned by HIV/Aids in Africa. There are 780,000 HIV/Aids orphans in Zimbabwe alone.

It is widely stated that there is enough food in the world for everyone. People are starving because of how this food is distributed... This is due to many and often complex factors such as: unfair trade laws, conflict, drought, poverty, poor governance & poor agriculture. In a class period of 30 minutes, 450 children will have died as a direct result of Hunger while in the USA and Europe $17 billion per year is spent on pet food.

1.2 billion people lack access to safe drinking water. 25,000 children die from diseases caused by lack of safe water everyday. Each person living in the richer part of the world uses between 30 and 100 gallons of water per day, the average American flushes away more water each day than a person in Madagasca uses in 1 month!
