I have come across numerous fat loss programs and if you are willing to spend thousands of dollars on them and expect results (because you pay so much), you may be in for a great disappointment!. Sounds familiar and I was there.

So you need not worry about how much calories you should put into your body. It will shift the calories so that the body system will burn the fats for you.
Attraction 2: Calorie Shifting
We like to eat the same food types daily thinking it's low carb, low fat etc. Wrong! The systems uses a rotatation of eating pattern habits to maintain a high metabolism rate to achieve a fast fat burning proves. The above menu generator does the job for you. Now that is scientific. And I am a firm subscriber of science.
Attraction 3: You Eat 4 Meals A Day
Now this is what I like most. Unlike most diet programs that tell you that you should abstain from high fat and high carbo foods, you can eat 4 meals a day and you are losing those unwanted fats. Is this not for idiots? Sure an idiot can do that because it is that plain simple. The only commandment you need to follow is you must stick to the 11-day menu. Take a break for the next 3 days, you eat what you want and get on to a new 11-day menu cycle until you achieve your target fat loss. That is easy.
