Antequera Golf is located on the Costa del Sol Golf inside the "Antequera Golf" residential estate. It is about 650 metres above sea level and is surrounded by the spectacular mountains of the TORCAL on the Costa del Sol, Spain.

The fairways are flanked by olive trees more than 200 years old and special emphasis has been placed on conserving the pre-existing flora and fauna.

Antequera Golf Course is an 18 hole golf course with a par of 72 and is more that 6,050 metres in length. It has 10 lakes in total, built to channel the water from the melting snows of the mountains, and to store it and use it in the hot summer months.

The level of difficulty of the outward nine holes and the back nine holes was designed in such a way as to compensate each other in match play games.

Both the outward nine holes and return nine holes have 2 par-5's and 2 par-3's, one long and one short, and 5 par-4's, with, in both cases, one par-4 where the green can be reached with a good drive from the tee. The bunkers and hazards were carefully designed with a view to trapping bad shots with the focus, in most cases; on helping the player in fact it is an easy and fun golf course to play.

Antequera Golf Course also offers a professional shop, practice area with illuminated driving range, putting greens, chipping zones, bar, cafeteria, restaurant, conference and function rooms for up to 500 people and changing rooms for men and ladies.
