Alkaline Water

I am writing this article/review to give my honest opinion about alkaline water. There are so many people who swear by it & others who think it's a scam. This is a review of alkaline water based on my personal experience & daily usage of the product.

This will probably be the most honest review you will ever read about alkaline water. I am writing this review because I truly believe in alkaline water. I will go over the good & the bad.

There are several different kinds of alkaline water machines out there. The oldest & most well known company out there is Enagic. It is a Japanese based company founded in 1974. They call their water, Kangen, which literally means, "return to pure".

Now, let's talk about the good. First, personally I have to say that I haven't gotten a cold or sick in years. I feel healthier than ever. I don't have any major illnesses but there are also lots of people who claim to have cured their diabetes, cancer, high or low blood pressure, & the list goes on. Second, I have noticed that my skin has changed for the better. For years I have suffered from bad to mild acne. The older I have gotten, the more it has improved but I would still get an occasional breakout. Now my acne breakouts are less & less frequent.

Third, I have noticed some weight loss. I don't know if it's because I have been drinking more water over time or if it's the alkaline. Either way, I am happy about that.

Your body is made up of mostly water. So, the water you drink should be important to you. Alkaline water rids your body of free radicals & in the process you are making your body more alkaline. Free radicals account for more diseases. Basically, the more alkaline your body is the less likely you will become ill or perhaps rid yourself completely of any. Thus, the more healthy your body remains.

Now, let's talk about the bad & the ugly. Alkaline water machines can be very expensive. Units from Enagic range from $1280 on up to $5980. I know that is alot of money but if you buy bottled water it actually comes out cheaper in the long run. Also, when it comes to your health any price is well worth it.
