Do you know why it's so important to ace your job interview? Here are a couple tips that you can read about to get a better understanding of why it's so crucial.

You have one more major step to do before you get the job that you want. The interview. Sometimes it can be horrible, sometimes it can be easy. What makes the difference? What gives you the extra edge that practically guarantees that you'll get the position?

Well - it comes down to two things.

1. Knowing how to answer the questions effectively. They're going to spin tons and tons of questions at you, and they are going to look for one thing only: The "right" answer. The "right" answer is a very specific answer they look for. If they get it, they hire you - if they don't, they let you go. It's as simple as that for most job interviewers. Knowing exactly what to say to their questions is the single most important thing that you can do before going into a job interview.

2. Acting the right way, and asking your OWN correct questions. This is the other thing that they "measure" when they have a potential employee at the interview. They check how you act, how you interact with them, and what kinds of questions you ask them. It's really, really easy for you to master this one. There are tons of sites online that give you all the tools you need, including:

- They give you sample questions and answers of the most common questions you'll run into at your job interview. You can study this.
- After studying it you will know exactly what to say to them. You will practically be their perfect candidate because you'll be saying all the things that they want to hear.
- For all future interviews, and all your friend's interviews, you will be able to tell them exactly what to say and do to make sure that they get the job.

This is pretty much the only thing that divides the people between those who get the job and those who don't. You'd be surprised how they decide on who they are hiring. If you answer the questions as they want you to, you'll practically guarantee yourself the position (Most of your competitors who are going for the job probably don't have this edge, so you are way ahead of them.)

Being ahead of the game and doing your research is the best thing that you can do when going into a job interview. It's almost like studying for an exam - except - this is the most important exam you'll ever take: The job interview :)

If you go in there not knowing what to say and do you will seriously cut off your chances of being hired. Way too many people "wing it" these days and end up ruining their chances, even if they actually were the perfect candidate. It's so cut-throat now because of all the people looking for jobs, all the companies have these screens set up to do the work for them.
